$3,000 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of Sontse and the participating brands are not eligible to enter.
• This promotion is not open to residents where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must submit a valid entry via the official giveaway landing page hosted on the Sontse website during the promotional period.
• Entrants must follow all participating brands on Instagram to be eligible.
• One entry per person is permitted.
• Each entry must include a valid email address.
• Where a mobile number is provided, it must be a valid Australian mobile number.
3. Promotional Period
• The promotion opens at 6:00pm AEDT on 4 February 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AEDT on 4 March 2026.
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive a total prize valued at approximately AUD $3,000, made up of six (6) $500 e-vouchers, provided by the following participating brands:

• Total prize pool value: AUD $3,000.
• There will be one (1) winner only.
5. Prize Conditions
• Each voucher is issued by, and redeemable only with, the individual participating brand that supplied it.
• Voucher validity periods, redemption terms, and conditions may vary by brand and will be provided with each voucher.
• Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The winner is responsible for any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be drawn at random on 5 March 2026.
• The winner will be notified via the email address used to enter within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Data & Marketing
• By entering, participants consent to their entry details being shared with all participating brands for marketing purposes.
• Entrants may receive marketing communications from Sontse and the participating brands and may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with each brand’s privacy policy.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
8. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
