Shipping & Returns ☀️

We aim to dispatch your goodies from our warehouse within two days of placing your order. However, this can be delayed during peak times.

You will be notified by email as soon as your Sontse. package has left our hot little hands. 

As a guideline, domestic orders within Australia usually take 3-5 business days to arrive once dispatched but may take longer. You can track your order with the link in your confirmation email.

International orders usually take between 2-3 weeks to arrive from dispatching.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.

Shipping costs will depend upon the location for delivery and the items purchased and are shown separately during checkout.

Please note international shipping will incur an additional fee based on the size/weight of your order. Sontse. is not responsible for any additional international customs fees your order may incur. Sontse. is also not responsible for any items that get held up in customs. It is up to the buyer to ensure their order is cleared on the unlikely occasion that this occurs.

For hygiene reasons, unless your product arrives broken or faulty, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. To notify us of a faulty item, please contact us here and we will quickly respond.

Please note, we cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched. We also will not be responsible for wrong shipping addresses if you provide incorrect information. So, make sure you double-check that address at the checkout hun ;)
